Cooking Stage 1-Year Limited Warranty

Suntip LLC warrants to the original owner that this product is free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of the original purchase. If this product is defective when used as intended under normal household conditions within the specified period, Suntip LLC will replace the product, send a replacement part or issue a refund (at our option) when the consumer provides a proof of purchase (either a bill of sale, receipted invoice, or other proof that the product is within the warranty period), along with a full description of the defect, to:

Suntip LLC Customer Service reserves the right to request photographic proof of product defect, and request that the defective product in question be shipped to Suntip LLC to verify the defect or to aid in quality control efforts.

 

Suntip LLC MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, CONCERNING THE PRODUCT OR THE MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS THEREOF FOR ANY PURPOSE. This warranty does not apply to product that has been damaged as a result of improper maintenance, accident, other misuse or acts of God. This warranty is void if the product is repaired or modified in any way. IN NO EVENT SHALL Suntip LLC BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. Legal rights vary from state to state, so the above limitations may not apply to you if precluded by local law.
