Shipping, Returns, & Refunds
Currently, we provide FREE shipping to the customer using FedEx Ground. Our warehouse ships out your product within 3 business days. Usually within 1 business day. This does not include weekends and Holidays as the warehouse is closed.
Once FedEx has picked up the product then shipping usually takes between 2 to 7 days depending on your location and sometimes the weather. FedEx will notify you of the expected delivery day.
We do not offer expedited shipping at this time.
Any order (a new condition or unused Cooking Stage) can be returned within 30 days from the day you received it.
After we receive the product back from you, we will inspect the product to see that it is in new condition. It must not have any scratches, it must be clean, it must look new.
Based on this inspection, we will charge 20% - 50% restocking fee.
We authorize the refunds immediately and then it takes Shopify a couple of days to process your refund. Thanks for your patience and understanding.

Instructions for Returning the Cooking Stage Product:
Please do the following before shipping:
1. Please send an email to CustomerService@CookingStage.com
2. Request for a return authorization.
3. Place a copy of your order receipt in the original shipping box with the item(s) you are returning.
4. Make sure to include your order number, email, first and last name.
5. Please inform us of the reason for the return.
