Returns & Exchange Policy

Any order from can be returned or exchanged within 30 days.


If the product has a defect or you aren’t pleased with the product, please call Customer Support and we will remedy the problem by either replacing your Cooking Stage or by offering you a full refund.  Either remedy will require that you get prior authorization from Customer Support and ship your product back to us.  You are responsible for shipping costs.


Instructions for returning or exchanging the Cooking Stage product.

Whether you are returning for a refund, exchange or warranty request, please do the following before shipping:

1. Call Customer Service at 949-534-1322 or send email to

2. Ask for Return Authorization number.

3. Place a copy of your order receipt in the original shipping box with the item(s) you are returning.

4. Make sure to include your order number, email, first and last name

5. Include your Return Authorization Number and indicate the reason for the return

6. State if you would like a refund or exchange

The refund amount will be reduced by 20% when:

Orders/Items are refused upon delivery

Returns are made without authorization

Returns are made past the 30 day return window
